USDA Weekly Crop Progress

November 14, 2011 OMAHA (DTN) -- Mostly favorable weather allowed corn and soybean producers to maintain a faster-than-average pace this past week, according to USDA's weekly Crop Progress report. Corn harvest progress came in at 93% completed as of Sunday, Nov. 13. "This is 11 percentage points ahead of the five-year average and could be viewed as bearish," said DTN Senior Analyst Darin Newsom. Soybean harvest progress came in at 96% completed.
